Sea Vegetables ( Wakame, Dulse, Arame, Hijiki, Nori)

Squash, String Beans, Cherry and Plum Tomota, Turnip Greens

ALL NATURAL HERB TEAS


Alvaca, Anise, Chamomile, Cloves, Fennel, Ginger, Lemongrass,

Red Raspberry, Sea Moss Tea. ( You can use Noni and Green Tea)

These are the original ancient grains and they are available in health food stores especially in Whole Foods Markets. These grains can be found in the form of pastas, rice, breads, cereals and flours. These grains give you lots of energy throughout the day and most of all they keep your stomach satisfied. ***The ancient grains are a bit more expensive than the normal grains.
